2028 Convention date!!!In a major move the LNC selected February 18-21 for the 2028 LNC Convention. Please save the date and make any preparations in your state for that change in the normal cycle.

2026 Convention
Mark your calendar for May 21–25, 2026, as we gather at the historic Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for the big biennial Libertarian National Convention. This isn’t just another event—it’s the single most important gathering where libertarian activists, officials, and visionaries unite to elect our National Committee, vote on platform reforms, and chart the future direction of the party. Even in a non-presidential cycle, our convention matters—to shape bylaws, energize the movement, and flex our political muscle heading into 2028. Join us in Grand Rapids to connect with fellow freedom lovers, find inspiration, and be part of history in the making.

Individual StatsI have also worked hard on Project Archimedes/Parity Project that you can find more about at: The Parity ProjectPreviously I averaged 3-4 daily meetings for the party. I have now dropped the daily average to two daily meetings. I’m needing to make things more manageable for my family.I have called in excess of 1,000 people for the party but I don’t keep a precise count as I’m doing this work for free. I can get out 30-45 calls in an hour depending on if I’m just leaving messages or if I actually get a person that answers. I’m not a professional call center, so this is just what I can do myself for free.I was also able to recruit a new commission based fundraiser. I will be following up and helping to mentor people in this position when I can in the future.

Meeting VotesEC MOTION INITIATE LITIGATIONMove to authorize the initiation of litigation for trademark infringement in New Mexico against the organization currently infringing upon our trademarks, which was subject to our multiple previous Cease and Desist letters.  $20,000 shall be allocated for this work, from the source(s) deemed appropriate by the FSC, the treasurer or the Chair, in accordance with requirements of the policy manual.I voted no: We currently have limited funds for anything and I want a plan before I feel I’m writing a start of a blank check as litigation can have a deep price.
EC MOTION LITIGATION COMMITTEECreate and populate a Litigation Committee tasked with overseeing and managing trademark and ballot access litigation regarding New Mexico with the following members: McMahon, McGee, Vinson, and Dereck Scott. Litigation Committee shall keep Region 1 reps updated.I amended to include Dereck Scott (Free New Mexico Chair) and voted yes.
EMAIL BALLOT 20251015-01 ICE ResolutionI recognize that the resolution is unlikely to pass in its current form, but I will still be voting “yes” to signal my strong support for pursuing a resolution in the future. I would welcome revisions that are worded in a way that could gain broader buy in from the rest of the LNC. In addition, I think it’s important that we plan for wider communication around such a resolution, so that it reaches beyond our own echo chamber and engages the public more effectively.
